Welcome to Workzio. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services (including website development and WhatsApp automation), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Workzio offers the following services:
- Custom Website Design & Development
- WhatsApp Automation (Chatbots, CRM Integration, etc.)
- Other freelance tech and automation services as agreed upon in writing
Details of the scope, timeline, and pricing will be provided in a separate agreement or invoice.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or full upfront (unless otherwise mentioned).
All prices are in INR, and applicable taxes may apply.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond promptly to communications and feedback requests
- Supply any necessary content, images, or access credentials
- Not use Workzio’s services for illegal or unethical purposes
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for custom-developed websites, automation scripts, or content remain with Workzio until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality. Any data, credentials, or business information shared with us will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.
Limitation of Liability
Workzio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We are also not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, APIs, WhatsApp policies).
Cancellation & Refunds
Projects can be canceled by either party with written notice.
Refunds (if applicable) will be provided based on the amount of work already completed.
Termination
Workzio reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Tamil Nadu.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
